troubleshooting steps for all Xfinity services
1. Make sure
that the device connections are "finger-tight", including the coaxial
cable from the wall to the back of the device.

restore the Internet connection. The easiest way to do this is to disconnect
the cable modem from the electrical outlet for two minutes. After reconnecting
the cable modem, wait for connectivity to be restored (up to five minutes).
